What about if you can buy an atomic bomb and drop it on a PvP area and it destroys the area and leaves a radiation area almost unpenetrable. (You can add the hazmat suit later)

Non-Con-on Cosplayer Monster
You have a monster for each strength intensity. But you only have 5 monsters. I thought of a new monster!
Cosplayer, a melee monster with 50 health. Does 15 damage when it hits you with its melee attack and drops 7 gold coins and is a rare spawn in the outskirts of Landrush wilderness.

more enemies (bosses) , weapons, add armor / perks and cars
add zombies high power/ health bosses like dragons weapons like axes and throwing objects armor/ perks like the ability to set something on fire and let it take damage over time and some armor that decreases damage and reflects it and with cars maybe some fast cars and some slow cars

Make 8-BitMMO Free/Libre and Open-Source Software
I don't mean free as in free beer, I mean free as in freedom.
Becaue 8-Bit MMO is a gratis ($0) game, and relies on in-game-purchases, there is no downside to releasing the source-code to the users. Everything is handled by the server, so what would the harm be? There would be no harm. This would be a contribution to humanity itself...

You should add in some sort of customization thing where you can make your own items, and depending on how many pixels you use it costs more
Like, say you wanted to make a hairstyle. You would make it in the customizer, and if you used about 20 pixels, it may cost more than if you used 5-10 pixels.

my boss ideas:
white dragon: 5 melee attack, 50 hp
blue dragon: 10 melee attack, 75 hp
magma slug: 15 melee attack, 50 hp
judge cat: (Miniboss) 15 melee attack, 55 hp
Red Dragon: 15 melee attack, 10 10 blocks range attack, 100 hp
Politician Cat: 25 melee attack, 100 hp

Rebirth, adding many advanced features to the game
Due to the lack of updates, a good idea would be to add a Rebirth system.
In account creation check the box "Rebirthing Character". This will add a Rebirth button to your menu in-game, and will disable trading and safes (safes will have a "extra lock" that prevents other people from taking gold and putting it in), to avoid Cheat Rebirthing. To Rebirth, click the Rebirth button in your menu. A GUI will appear telling the requirements(listed below) and confirmation.

When you walk behind a really tall building you can't see yourself. Maybe make it to where the building becomes transparent like under roofs
It will eliminate a lot of confusion when there's tall buildings.

Make better inventory!
I am a new user and i noticed the inventory gets cluttered very easily (things stacking on top of each other ect.) So if there were a actual divider between the items that would make getting to items alot easier.

Add "Abilities".
Abilities are special skills that could aid you in building or combat. I find it to be very useful with being able to give the user an edg in whatever they want to do with it.

Ability to expand a town 1 side at a time.
Allow people to select one side of their town to be expanded. In a lot of cases a full expansion would be a total waste because its too close to another towns borders, or on the edge of the world. Or you want it to connect to another one of your towns and you accidentally space it too far apart so there is a gap between them.

there should be a rating sistem like putting an npc in front of a building that will ask you how many stars you give that building
every star should give the autor a coin and the building with best results should be featured as the construction of the week

It is a good idea to add the portal device (portal gun) from portal.You can open a portal from spot to your house.I will be something like a personal telepad and none can teleport except from the owner of the gun and the people who gives the owner permission.It can costs 100g.
