This is an MMO with only two dev-run servers(a main one and a testing one), and no player-owned servers. How would mods even work?

Highly unlikely. Not only does Sim9 have to maintain the income from Plat to run the game, and plat shop owners won't need to buy as much to get stock, but anyone can get some Plat items from mystery boxes, start a Plat shop, and get the discount like that.

If this were added, Sim9 wouldn't have the income required to keep the game running. It might be fun for the few days the game would still be up, but then the game would go down and Sim9 would go bankrupt.

This would break the entire economy of the game if it were possible. People would steal Townstones and have a chance to get away with it. And the Jail thing...A place that you're teleported to that you can't leave unless you pay an amount of money that may be more than what you tried to steal costed, or try an escape...Which might even land you in even more trouble? No thank you!

People have paid real money to make towns. Not just Gold, but they buy Platinum to make towns with, too. This way, people could find a town that has a lot of plat items, and raid it, then take all the plat items.

This isn't a survival game. It's a sandbox. You're not trying to survive, you're trying to have fun. Plus, people will have to constantly spend gold to get food and water, which nobody will like at all.

If you want to just get clothes and etc. for your character, just buy clothing items in the shop.
If you want pixel-by-pixel editors, it'd be too easily abused by making crude images. -

1. Talk to Sir Zombie Brains to learn how to do combat.
2. Do the LawyerCat quest.
3. Farm EXP by killing LawyerCats until you level up.That's literally all you have to do if you want to level up. And, they make it level 2+ so that people actually play the dang tutorial instead of trying to do things without it, dying a lot, and leaving the game.

This might actually be okay. So it would be like a PM system in other games, so the receiver can receive messages while offline, and then read them by checking the mailbox?

I...Am honestly not sure...It might be useful, but at the same time, it might make the game too competitive. It's a sort of passive game, players aren't really trying to outdo each other 24-7, and are really just trying to have fun and build cool stuff. This might change it.
PvE kills on the leaderboard might also encourage botting, something which is against the game rules. Botters could just non-stop kill mobs to get the top spot on the leaderboard, without the player having to move a finger.

One, please focus on one suggestion at a time when you suggest things.
Two, the way you sorted this is confusing.
Three, why add shoes exactly? It'd be a practically useless addition, as feet only use, what, 10, 15 pixels in all? Probably not even that much. I personally wouldn't even spend 1G on such an easy-to-overlook appearance change.
Four, most of the rest of this list - not all of it, but most of it - was probably suggested and rejected before. I'm pretty sure weather was already suggested, not 100 percent sure, but whatever. I know moving vehicles were suggested and rejected before, as the game can't handle anyone going past the speed you move while on road blocks. Pets, I saw them suggested before, too.Edible cake...Is just about the only thing on this list that I one hundred percent agree with.

Yeah, I pretty much actually hate this idea all around. Call me Mr. Negative, but you just want the troll factors of Minecraft, being luring zombies to players, blowing up houses. -

For Anonymous, maybe the Cheef Juztis is only open in between attacks,
The Hipster Leader could only be open if no coffee is on the ground
The Game Review CEO could only be open after a "1/10" attack

I forgot the damage that the Game CEO does, and his health! Game Review CEO has 50 health, his long range bad review score cannon does 5 damage, his 1/10 symbol does 10.
Common things, there are 2 in every box, Uncommon, there is a 50% chance for one, 25% chance for two. Rare, 2% chance, 1% chance for an extra.Superman(Because why not?)

1. FNaF people will probably hack and instakill people in PvP with Draco the Architect...
2. They would have to cost plat to cover the damages for the pay for copyright, but I don't think it will work out like that, because as said above, hackers. They could give themselves plat.
3. /costume command is too simple, you should have to buy them

Very poor pixel work would be inevitable, plus it could be easily abused unless they would go through moderation.
So, pretty much, a Minecraft Mode?
In all seriousness, 8BitMMO is not a mining/crafting game. It's a sandbox where you just have to kill monsters to get money, then use that money to get items. A singleplayer mode is a 'maybe,' in my opinion, but no mining/crafting.
