sim9 has said multiple times that there will not be any way to gain plat aside from purchase... however, I think this could be worked to his advantage ($$)... for instance, if you got 1 plat every OTHER level up, you would end up with 3 plat. Yes, there are a couple little things you could buy with that 3, but in my view, it might just make more people go ahead and purchase a Founder's pack or something, otherwise that 3 plat is more or less useless. Sure, you could get a trap and a door... but i bet most people would want that 3 to go towards a townstone or something. Just a thought.
