    This happens because of the gold cycle. Say /gold. Gold drops fall the more you farm in a cycle, and cycles reset every 45 mins.
    This may seem annoying, but it's essential to avoid breaking the economy. Otherwise everyone would have infinite gold.

    Seriously though, trading uses the / key to change the amount of blocks/gold you're trading. I won't go into details, but this wouldn't really work.

    Who cares why we need this? We don't. BUT IT WOULD BE AWESOME.

    It would have to be a plat item unfortunately, just too awesome :P
    Dimensions could start at something like 5x5, and be expandable for gold at first, then more plat. This could also take up the role of storage items for blocks, which are quite a popular idea.
    We could make multi-dimensional mazes! :D -epic confusion-

    Kindly check for similar existing suggestions. I've already made one about this, and there are probably some others around. Other forms of lighting have also been suggested elsewhere.

    As far as I know, Sim doesn't take block requests, sorry.
    It's probably actually better for him if he ignores this, because if he makes blocks for you, there'll be precedent, and others will never stop bugging him to make their own blocks too :P
