if your not going to make a level system, you should at least raise the hp to 5
i would love a hp lvling system but since you repeadedly say your not, im not going to beg, but it is annoying when you walk for 10 mins just to get to some lawyercats and they kill you quickly so you have to walk another 10 mins to get back out there, my suggestion is to raise Hp for everyone so it remains fair but its easyer to kill.

I think the benefit of being only 3hp is that it makes things like roads very valuable, and it does make it safer to build close together. That said its all the more meaningful to build or find someone's building out in the boonies.
