   This way people who can't afford membership would be able to get plat too. Maybe 1% of killed lawyer cats should drop plat instead of gold.

   You don’t need credit card though, via Steam Wallet Gift card or US Game-stop giftcard or prepaid visa or bitcoin you can purchase with cash.

4. 8BitMMO is dead, don't bother posting ideas

   RobbyZ/Sim9 no longer updates the game, and doesn't even give a single damn about it anymore. Don't bother wasting your time with ideas, they will never get added.

5. Add a Boss!

   there is not enough PvE in the game right now, but what if we could fight a C.E.O of lol & lol inc. i was thinking that after the player kills 50 lawyer cats without die-ing, they should be able to warp to a office and fight a C.E.O that would take 3 hits to kill and give you 5 gold

6. implement a system where gold can be traded for platinum

   Hello, I'm really new to this game but I noticed something early on. Being lower income the option of paying for platinum is relatively out of reach so it would be nice if we could trade a considerable amount of gold for platinum. This idea will probably be shut down but while the game needs money to keep running it also needs devoted players. Spending several hours on the game accumulating gold for platinum would be a nice way of allowing players like myself to experience the full value of the game. It would still allow players who can pay for it to have easier access to premium credit but also not completely cut out players who cannot afford it. Thanks for offering a system for suggestions.

   Thanks for the suggestion. As a small time indie dev, I’m also of low(/almost none? :P) income currently, so I feel your pain. Unfortunately, I do have to provide a strong incentive for players to invest money into the game so I can hopefully support myself soon, or I won’t be able to continue development at all.

   Now as you may have seen in the title, this idea is about plat. Now, before you ragequit and stop reading this, I must tell you that this is not the often suggested "free plat" idea. I know you need to charge for plat so you can pay your rent and can keep working on the project and keep providing updates with new features, content, and bug fixes. This idea isn't free plat. It's "easier plat". What I was simply thinking at first was a way to exchange gold for plat. Say 1 plat = 1000g. I mean, You wouldn't go bankrupt or anyhting because it's still hard to get gold and people would still buy some gold/plat packs.

   But then, I read some suggestions and some of your comments on these suggestions and I can see that you might not want to make this idea come true. So then, I thought of something different. Let me explain first. In the shop there are many items that cost plat. I , personnally, would really like to be able to buy one of these items one day, but clearly I won't be able to. I could buy gold/plat packs but I don't have a credit card (I'm only a kid -.-) and my parents don't trust online payments and stuff. So... instead of buying plat and then buying these items, I thought maybe just set a price in gold for plat items. For example : 10 000g for lawyercat spawner that usally cost 10 plat.

   AND THEN, I thought of a problem that might happen. If this problem came to your mind too, don't worry, I've got it covered. The problem would be an overload of new towns and dungeons created by players. The solution would be simply make the world larger OR make town stones cost 50 plat (50 000g) instead of the usual 10 plat (10 000g).

   Anyways, all I really want is to get plat items without having to pay. You could at least try to think of a way yourself if my ideas don't suit you.

   I hope you will consider this and I understand if you can't make it happen.

   It’s possible I might eventually support an auction house as suggested elsewhere so it’s easier for players to trade gold for someone else’s plat, but I’m not going to offer free plat myself. I am looking at alternate payment mechanisms, including cash cards you can buy in grocery stores, or even BitCoin.

8. Please read Sim 9. It could help your game 10 fold.

   Sim 9, hear me out. I am wimbs27. This game is great. You have made it really good. I am sure 100s of people sign up each day. But here is where the problem lies. It is not long-lasting. People will get bored with it and move on. I am sure you thought of that by now. You have to make it more interesting. Here are the most important ideas I have seen and some of my own. You need to have more enemies. If there was a video game with one enemy with only 1 form of attack would you want to fight them over and over again? What you need to do is create different enemies. Some that can fly, swim, and walk on land. That brings me to my next point. You should put in some natural formations. Maybe some 3 natural mountains in the game with snow and rock. Every player in the game can’t mine the rock though. You should also generate a river or two in the map and some ponds. There can be fish enemies and people could create bridges over it. The water won’t be sold at the store but you could start to sell bow and arrows for flying enemies and fishing poles for water enemies. Next, you need to regenerate the natural grass. Everyone has taken the natural grass. Look on your world map? Tell me what you see? All I see is barren wasteland. Next, you need to put in plant life like trees. You could have a pine tree and a regular maple shaped tree. Each tree when cut down could give off two natural grass and one wood. Tree seeds could be sold at the store. Another thing you need is a new set of building rules, especially for the capital city. The whole city other than the center looks like it was hit by a nuke. You need to set up a form of rules where if a player doesn’t finish a building within 30 days or his/her account has been inactive for at least 75 days to demolish all his/her unfinished buildings if it is built in the wilderness. You could give back the players’ resources to them. This is the most important rule…to achieve this rule you could elect more moderators with this job to go around the map and find the unfinished buildings. They could put a note next to the building or you could email their account and tell them that within x days their house will be demolished if they don’t finish it. Of course this won’t apply to very large buildings or towns. This could help revitalize the capital borders. Take these

9. Another Safe

   You can buy safe that costs gold, they can cost 300g-500g and can only store so much gold and plat (If you have) like max gold storage is 1000g. Can you make it happend Robbyz/Sim9? Can you? Please?

10. Monthly accrued platinum credits

    This will not effect the current system you have going, but I believe it would be fair if users were allowed to collect 5 free platinum for every 30 consecutive days logged in... This not only pleases all the users looking for a truly free (but full) experience, but also gives them a 'taste' of what the platinum can be used for. My theory is that most people would use them on doors and telepads, but how cool would it be to play for two months (hopefully building something great) and have your little zone upgraded into a town? maybe even just a one time thing after the first 30 days of account activation. (in-case someone tried the game, maybe got bored or didn't like paying for items; an email with a code could be sent, reminding them about 8bit.)

11. Balance over monster loot and buying gold

    I think you should balance loot from monsters with buying gold for real cash. So it'll more of "I like this game, so I'll support starving dev" thing rather than "I need more blocks for my house and I don't like to kill lawyercats for eternity, so I'll just buy gold" type of deal, because I find latter scenario not fair to the players. Mind you Humble Bundle, despite the fact it was pay what you want deal raised WAY over 9000 :) of income, even though you theoretically could just paid one cent.

    And while I know that for MMO pay-what-you-want is a no-go (then again, no one ever tried so it might work out), balancing gold and monster loot is fair to the players so they won't be forced to buy more gold to build nice buildings in reasonable amount of time.

    Given some of the epic structures built by players who have contributed no cash, I think the balance is pretty good at current.

12. Allow non-citizens to place blocks within player-towns

    Blocks placed by non-citizens may be taken by citizens.

    As it is at the time of this post, if a town expands to gobble up blocks placed by non-citizens, (I'm assuming) they may be unable to reclaim their blocks or place any new ones on their structure. The Mayor may not want to grant that player citizenship, but doesn't want to steal their blocks either. This leaves the mayor in a pickle.

    You may consider this suggestion complementary to the "Mayor Control" or "ownership area changes" suggestions.

    Actually, if your house is gobbled by a town, you’re still able to pick it up and move it elsewhere, even if you’re a non-citizen :)

13. A proper and fair support plan.

    It goes without saying that game developers should get money for the games they make and that running those games costs money. However finding a balance of fairness between those who can and chose to support the game and those who can't by choice or don't have the money or means to do so isn't easy and it's almost imposable to make everyone on both sides happy.

    My OPINION and suggestion on this matter.
    The first thing I would be sure of is that ALL players can play the full game and get anything the game has to offer. It is really discouraging to see something you want and find out you ether can't get it ever because it was only available for a short limited time or that it costs money and you can't buy it for whatever reason. It really stings and it's a good reason for people to quit playing. This is extremely important to players such as myself. I am what one might call a completionest and collector. When I play an RPG I try to do everything possible and collect everything if able ( note to Sim make sure we get unlimited inventory space ). I also don't think that rich people should be able to buy their way to greatness and just fly through the game like its a fucking speak and spell for babies. That being said obviously those who do support the game should get some sort of recognition and of course there needs to be good reason. Most people sadly wouldn't support a game without good reason. So how do you give them something worthwhile without effecting the game play and creating an unbalance while helping sim with his rent. Here is a list of some things that could be done.

    1. All players get 1 free name change. After that it costs platinum.

    2. Golden aura around player. No bonuses but you would definitely get recognized.

    3. Reduced or eliminated trade limits. ( as the current trade limit is 80 items total per trade. ) trade done with a game supporter isn't limited or has a much higher limit so more can be done in one trade.

    4. Character emotions.

    5. All players get 1 free "Total Recall" ( a personal idea ) The item or ability returns ALL the players building materials to his/her inventory from the world. ( add fail safes to prevent accidental use ) After the free one it has to be bought. ( great for noobs who get lost after building something and can't find what they built and great for those who build something really big then decide they want to move it ( only if it is 1st building )

    Those are just some suggestions. Depending what is done/put into the game more/other suggestions could be made.

    Now the big one. In game currency into bought currency ( in this case gold to platinum conversion. ) Obviously this is going to be continuously suggested no matter how many times it's declined so it might as well be done. Problem here is whats a fair conversion. Can't be too easy to get platinum or it won't be bought and Sim will be homeless but if it's too hard whats the point in having it. Right now all you can do is farm cats for 1 gold a drop. It takes a retarded amount of time to get even 1k so right now I don't think it's unreasonable to say 10k gold gets you 1platinum. However eventually as the game progresses that 10k might become really easy to get so what then... Assuming a level system is added the amount of gold needed to get 1platinum increases per level. Or you could give platinum though some kind of quest system that gives really really hard quests. Ok I'm done throwing ideas out here.

    There should be a minimap. With blue arrows pointing the towns, red arrow pointing your house and green arrow pointing the quest objective :). It is not nice to lose your house hehe

15. Allow players to dig into the ground to make basements and other structures.

    Program the game so that it only generates underground dirt blocks as they can be seen. this allows you to dig into the ground, and still have minimal amounts of blocks in the game.

    i personally think you should have rights if you don't pay for the awesome features payers get. there are a lot of people that cant spare money for donating, yet the love this game and want what most cant afford. donating should make it be easier to get items, not the only way to get them. i think that in order to solve this problem there should be a coin to platinum conversion system which in, platinum should cost 1,000 through 10k for 1 platinum. but i guess donators should get something special to be recognized by, maybe a in game shirt or something...

19. Several ideas compiled here

    1. Add races and classes. Lets say:

    Races

    Human: 5 lives. They start in the current first town/city.
    Elves: Walk 2 times faster. They start in a tree zone
    Orc: Deal double attack. They start in a cave city

    Classes:
    Lets introduce skills: You can only use a skill 1 time each certain time
    Human:
    Captain: They are the normal soldier. Skill: Crit. attack
    Archer: They use bows. Skill: Double attack
    Wizard: Use firebolts. Skill: heal

    Elf:
    Swordsman: They are the normal soldier. Skill: Fast attack
    Hunter: Use short knives and bows. Skill: Traps
    Doctor: Normal hits with fists. Skill: Heal party

    Orcs
    Guardian: He has 1 extra live and use sword. Skill: Block
    Warden: He uses a long spear. Skill: Javelin throw
    Trol: He deals double damage using any melee weapon. Skill: Critc attack (walk with 80% orc speed)

    1. Now let me explain the system. There are three main cities. Behind the city there is a space to build (the build zone). You cant build after the walls. In wilderness there will be different enemies. You cant attack people from your own race. Also there will be a WAR time each day. During this time 2 races will attack the third race city, and the users of this place will try to defend it. Human defend system: They have a wall, 20 NPC soldiers and some catapults. Human attack system: They have 10 NPC archers

    Elf defend system: They have a maze of trees and 10 NPC soldiers.
    Elf attack system: They have 30 NPC soldiers

    Orc attack system: They have siege weapons that the users can control.
    Orc defend system: They have 10 trols and some traps

    1. Now lets talk about the cities inside

    Humans: Ok, so you start in a small town behind the main city. When you finish the intro quests, you will receive a speacial BZ you can buy that will be just for your house and noone can build there. Now you receive a quest of going to the main city. The main city has some major buildings: A NPC market, a players market, a bank, a stable (to buy horses), a palace (where the king is) in the center of the city. At the east there is another BZ. At the west there is a port and another market. At the SW there is a wilderness zone. At the SE there is another BZ.
    Just to say another thing: You should level up. As you level up you get more lives and you deal more damage. As you level up, you will receive more quests. And each time you will go to stronger wilderness. So the first WZ full of cats should be easier than the new WZ full of, i dont know, dogs.

    Lets continue with the human city: At the NE there is a training zone, at the NW there are barracks. At the north there is the main gate where WAR time will be.

    Something similar to elf and orc cities.

    1. Houses: You should be able to buy special spaces where just you can build. Also add some more weapons and chairs. And the height should be standard.

    2. Mounts: Mounts would be cool...some mounts to run faster (horses), some mounts to have more HP (armored horse) and some mounts to fight (dragons).

    3. Wilderness: There should be different levels of wilderness depending on the level of the user. The farest from the cities, the hardes the wilderness
       Lvl 1-3 players: Lawyer cats and dogs. (starting town)
       Lvl 2-4 players: Birds and rats. (city)
       Lvl 5-7 players: Goblins (humans), dwarves (elvs), bats (orcs)
       Lvl 7-10 players: Wolves (humans and orcs), goblins (elves)
       Lvl 10-15 players: Cactus, alive trees, giant worms, snakes (this is the center of the map.
       Lvl 15-20 players: Bandits, thieves and goblins(humans), NPC human caravans, royals guards, giant worms (orcs), spirits (elves).
       Lvl 20-23 players: Volcanoe low zone: Minor fire elementals, fire trols, giant bats.
       Lvl 23-25 players: Volcanoe middle zone: Fire elementals, trols, giant eagles, giant bats.
       Lvl 25-30 players: Fire dragons, major fire elementals, fire trols, fire giants,
       Lvl 30-35 players: Underworld zone 1: Undead
       And just keep going. There should be lots of quests that will require to go there. There will be main storyline quests, that will require you to, i dont know, defeat the evil of the world.

    Just examples:
    Main storyline human: Something is going bad in the world. The defenses of the city are going weak and they need defense. Help create the defenses again. Then go to different places of the world and defeat evil. Bosses: Giant troll, fire dragon, vampire, undead king, etc. The quests will require you to defend the city, go through the world to kill, build, and do other things. Save your king and things like that
    Side quest: There is a treason plot agains your king. Try to find who is planning this.
    Side quest: Defend against the constant orc attacks.

    Well, I would like that the developer contacts me. I would really like to help with a storyline plot and making some quests. I dont know how hard my suggestions are. I hope you like them

    1. Add races and classes. Lets say:

    Races

    Human: 5 lives. They start in the current first town/city.
    Elves: Walk 2 times faster. They start in a tree zone
    Orc: Deal double attack. They start in a cave city

    Classes:
    Lets introduce skills: You can only use a skill 1 time each certain time
    Human:
    Captain: They are the normal soldier. Skill: Crit. attack
    Archer: They use bows. Skill: Double attack
    Wizard: Use firebolts. Skill: heal

    Elf:
    Swordsman: They are the normal soldier. Skill: Fast attack
    Hunter: Use short knives and bows. Skill: Traps
    Doctor: Normal hits with fists. Skill: Heal… more

    These are some great ideas, but I really need them broken down into their component suggestions so I can see which specific ideas are most popular — feel free to copy/paste resubmit each idea in this thread as its own idea

20. A new character. The current one sucks, it has almost no animation and looks like a dead zombie.
